We are currently looking for aFloat Pool Staff with a passion for human services. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an organization focused on racial justice, second opportunities, diversity, equity and inclusion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support our North end Detox and Inpatient facilitieswith some or all of the following responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and services to all clients.
  • Assess somatic conditions.
  • Observe and deliver medication(s).
  • Provide physical care.
  • Social and moral support.
  • Implementprograms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates will need to work at least 3 shifts each month across the 4 locations listed below:

  • Pioneer Center North - Sedro Woolley
  • Skagit Detox - Burlington
  • Whatcom Community Detox - Bellingham
  • Island County Crisis Stabilization Facility - Oak Harbor

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Food Handler's permit within one week of hire
  • Current CPR/1stAid training within 30 days of hire.
  • Valid WA State Driver's license

PREFERRABLY YOU'LL BRING

  • One year experience in the human service field OR one year experience working with a marginalized population.
