Job Description **100% Remote**

Our government client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Collaborate with client-side PMs to define project scope, budget, and governance structures
• Develop and approve project SOWs based on architectural designs
• Implement projects according to the approved SOWs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Maintain regular communication with client PMs, providing updates on project status, risks, and decisions
• Manage project documentation and contribute to client libraries (risk, minute, decision logs, etc.)
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Follow established processes to avoid delays and ensure project success

Requirements of the Project Manager:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in running enterprise-wide infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of project governance
• Ability to understand and navigate the client environment, mission, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage significant infrastructure projects within a supportive and dynamic environment
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
