The Polyclinic (part of Optum) is looking for a full-time Nephrologist to join our thriving practice in Seattle, Washington. The Polyclinic is one of the largest multispecialty physician led groups in the Seattle area and home to the top specialists in the area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible in Nephrology at time of employment
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $307,134 to $458,750 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
