What We Do

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage email marketing and overall lead nurturing strategy, including establishing and tracking towards email KPIs that roll up to company's lead and revenue goals.
  • Maintain an A/B testing mindset, managing a testing roadmap to continuously improve email engagement and conversion, with ability to effectively report out on test results.
  • Effectively manage and segment email lists by campaign.
  • Extensive experience creating and designing email templates, including HTML skills.
  • Extensive technical email experience building campaigns, including segmentation, filtering and multi-touch email campaigns.
  • Ability and experience building email automation through CRM integration.
  • Ability to build detailed email reporting for leaders and stakeholders, but more importantly be able to analyze and present the reporting.
  • Design, build and manage social media presence to drive brand & product awareness that results in leads.
  • Measure, report and readout on performance across owned digital marketing campaigns against goals and KPIs.
  • Ideate new growth strategies across email, social and other owned media channels.
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to create and optimize landing pages and user experience.
  • Research industry trends and new technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adopting and testing new approaches.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and analytics.
  • Extensive experience with email marketing and automation tools; Hubspot experience is a plus.
  • Successful track record designing, developing, and executing critical complex projects in more than one area of functional expertise.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Senior Management level across functional groups and business units. Adeptness to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships.
  • Strong capacity to communicate the function's vision and the department's direction and set aligned goals. Provides resources and creates systems to measure results. Has a good understanding of competitor, financial and industry dynamics?
  • Actively recruits, retains, and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict, and fosters collaboration.
  • Drives and models customer loyalty, manages customer expectations, solicits customer feedback, and ensures commitments are met.
  • Provides others with reliable information and delivers informative and persuasive presentations. Uses good listening skills and negotiates effectively.
  • Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further effectiveness of the business.
  • High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, and influence change.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree preferred

Typical Range of Experience

  • 7-10 years of directly related experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in a management role.
  • Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.

Pay Range: $87,950- $135, 300 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
