We are seeking a Managing Director (title level will be based on experience) to join our National Investor Accounts Team to work closely with the firms' largest US investor services clients in the region, and have direct national and global responsibility for a select number of our larger investor clients. We strive to drive maximum value for our investor clients through a nationally coordinated client team that serves all JLL investor services business lines (capital markets, agency leasing, property management, project development services and sustainability) and product types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, life sciences and hotels). This approach brings our investor clients a highly coordinated collective expertise, superior real time insights and driven results.

This person will drive client relationships and with a high focus on creating and uncovering new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with C-Suite Client Executives as a Client Relationship Manager to understand organizational goals, uncover new business opportunities, find ways for JLL to maximize relationship with client.
Collaborate with executive level JLL colleagues along with on the ground experts to create engagements among existing JLL clients.
Have an understanding of JLL and how to use it for the benefit of our clients.
Provide advisory insight specific to client needs with highly productive, JLL expert teams while ensuring delighted clients and profitable results.
Engage in opportunities to scale clients' organizations for mutual benefit.
Develop strong relationships with clients - help us nurture existing relationships and create new ones. Keeping JLL teams and systems up to date with current insight.
Develop new business by creating a strong national relationship and connecting strong local market teams with their client counterparts. Help clients with investment returns, capital placement, market knowledge/insight, and relationships
Ensure sales knowledge in all service lines and work closely with capital markets, agency, tenant rep, property management, retail, PDS, etc.
Create and clearly project unified leadership -- a "we" approach and language, in both internal and external messaging.
Develop client and asset attack plans (locally, regionally and nationally as appropriate)
Provide superior client service: Maintaining a total outward client focusLeverage "who we are" as a firm by differentiating JLL from our competitors.
Support as many major pitches and/or pursuit opportunities on the local level as possible

Engage in client visits to reinforce connection with the Firm, gather feedback and gain external perspective

Requirements
15+ years of industry experience selling real estate services and successful client relationship development
Significant experience with a top tier or boutique Commercial Real Estate firm collaborating with C-Suite Client Executives as a trusted advisor. Examples of expertise may include Capital Markets, Agency Leasing, Property Management
Must have deep long-standing senior institutional client relationships with a proven track record
Direct working relationships with heads of asset and portfolio management for institutional clients
Professional services sales with quota-bearing business development related experience required.
