Job Description
The Senior Manager, Supply Planning & Analytics will support various clinical and commercial programs and will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted drug supply across the entire global drug supply manufacturing network. The candidate will work closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Clinical Ops, Commercial, Quality, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end supply/demand requirements are met, manufacturing processes are analyzed, and key performance indicators are tracked.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and material requirements to facilitate production processes;
  • Perform analysis, trending, and modeling of key operational data, along with organizing and presenting such data to senior management;
  • Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance;
  • Develop tools and dashboards to support manufacturing visibility via websites and data visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI;
  • Provide drug supply metrics (targeted inventory levels in months-on-hand) and inventory visibility to senior leaders in the Clinical, Commercial, and Manufacturing organizations;
  • Develop supply/demand models based on process development, material requirements, scale-up, change control, and regulatory activities;
  • Create production plans and raw material procurement plans for every stage of the manufacturing process based on clinical and commercial demands;
  • Analyze and convert population level demands into vial and gram quantity demands;
  • Investigate or resolve operational problems, such as material use variances or bottlenecks by re-planning, re-balancing schedules, and prioritizing demands;
  • Provide decision support and scenario planning based on process yields, lead-times, capacity analysis, and product expiration; and
  • Use programming language or software (SQL, VBA, Alteryx) to perform data preparation and Data Viz platforms (Tableau, Power BI) to develop reports.

Desired Education and Skills:

  • This role requires excellent understanding of global drug supply chain planning as well as financial, strategic and analytical skills. Experience in multiple manufacturing site and/or contract manufacturing environment desirable.
  • BA/BS required; MBA or Master's Degree desired
  • 6-8 years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a position directly related to supply planning
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • ERP experience desired, preferably Oracle
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx preferred

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
