OverviewMicrosoft Digital Security & Resilience (DSR) Identity and Access Management Protection (IAM Protect) group is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager. ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Digital Security & Resilience (DSR) Identity and Access Management Protection (IAM Protect) group seeks a Senior Program Manager to build and curate the work backlog and feature roadmap that delivers Secure Access and Productivity for thousands of Microsoft Users. Responsibilities include:Agile Program Management: define+own the Rhythm Of Business for multiple engineering teamsDefine and Manage OKRs: Work with engineering leads and teams to define the business Objectives, and measurable Key Results, that inform scenior leadership on progress and accomplishmentSecure Client Access: enable user's access to services and data with their business identities, through virtual device infrastructure (VDI) servicesSecure Client Management: enable compliance and configuration management for virtual device infrastructure (VDI) resourcesUser Sentiment: Implement user satisfaction assessment and represent the Voice of the User to drive user experience improvements with Secure Access and Productivity
