Wage Range: $42.19 - $77.81 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS:
EvergreenHealth'sResidency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers,preceptorsand clinical nurse educators.

RN Residents are required to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS cardby start date ofOctober 28, 2024. Must be able to start the program onOctober 28, 2024.

REQUIREDfor the position:
  • Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) required within 5-years of employment if applicable
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington byOctober 28, 2024
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification byOctober 28, 2024
  • NRP certification by the end of residency
  • Able to start onOctober 28, 2024

2024 Benefit Guide
