We thrive as a multi-disciplinary team and seek to constantly improve by bringing out the best in each team member.The Supply Chain Planning Team is responsible for build plans and cost curve optimization of hardware products, manufacturing capacity decisions/trade-offs, new product launch execution, inventory management of hardware components and finished goods, and product lifecycle management.We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the team. in this role you will partner closely with Surface, XBOX and Innovation Supply Chain Planning team to manage cost, right-sizing inventory, and enable scale. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter with leadership skills and cross-group collaboration skills. Responsibilities Lead the right financial discussions and decisions during Supply and Demand reviewsDevelop inventory plans in conjunction with Supply Chain to drive optimal inventory healthParticipate in key decisions related to factory capacity, inventory levels and strategic inventory evaluationsAdvise the management teams on financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of actionSupport creation of Operating models and inventory assumptions used in budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range planningOther Embody our culture and values
