Project Field Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Field Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Field Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our project teams in the field, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a temporary position to provide required vendor escorting and oversight services during project work.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to project teams by coordinating and organizing field activities such as scheduling, logistics, equipment, and materials.
Act as a liaison between project teams and various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Track project progress and report on key metrics to project managers, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project activities, gather information, and provide on-site support as needed.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project execution.
Assist in the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of project-related communications and presentations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related information and documentation.

Requirements:
Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
