Job Description
Senior Technology Manager, lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Drive continuous improvements to throughput, quality, cycle time, and the DevOps culture across Lululemon. Execute goals across the green field platforms, encompassing the unified continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), integrated SDLC processes and tools. Apply experience leading high-profile projects across CI/CD Orchestrator, automated testing systems, and/or developer value streams, and provide thought leadership to the organization. Write and promote architecture strategy for maven, Gradle, Spring Boot, go projects across all of T-Mobile Development. Collaborate with Principal Architects and Software Engineers in solution designs and evaluate the value of the project/feature/capability, determine approach for adoption, and enable self- service. Manages scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues working on several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment. Builds and maintains operational excellence measured by critical metrics, by controlling and reviewing changes going to production, finding efficiencies, process improvement, and ensuring sufficient telemetry, monitoring, and alerting for potential issues. Provides timely developmental feedback, conducts performance reviews and regular Sync discussions with all team members. Creates an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion. Retain top talent, interview, hire, and develop top diverse talent, aspiring to improve Lululemon bench strength and augmenting product or project teams with contract staff when needed. Templatize shared automation with inner source and community driven ways of working over all CI/CD at scale. Integral member of task forces including Developer Productivity, Developer Value Streams, Working Model and Ways of Working, OPEX Efficiency, Software Organization Architecture, Release Architectures, and Operations. Evolves the software engineering organization ideology and productivity through transformational strategies and initiatives. 

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
 
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 8 years of work experience (out of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience) in Information Technology.
 
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following:
 
· Managing and leading large-scale IT projects related to DevOps and Cloud transformations.
· Architecting the infrastructure provisioning and pipeline as code for CI/CD.
· Using Agile Project Management tools, such as Jira.
 
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in all of the following:
 
· Managing a technology team with an established Agile methodology such as Scaled Agile Framework SCRUM or Kanban.
· Creating secure developer platform by implementing various tool and technology, such as GitLab, GitGuardian, SSO, two factor authentication, IP based scanning, SAST, DAST, Dependency scanning, semantic versioning and container scanning.
· Working with CI/CD, DevOps, GitLab and Docker / Kubernetes.
 
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience Managing and leading DevOps technology teams with a minimum of 10 direct reports.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace policy:
 
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $229,986-$249,986 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
