Walk-In Interviews on Monday, Thursday, and Friday 10am- 11am

Base Pay: $22.50 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential

2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load product into truck cargo areas according to delivery stop, follow load maximizing principles, and customer requirements
• Visualize placement of each unit within each order and within the cargo space as a whole in order to both maximize the load and place according to delivery stop
• Receive assembled customer order
• Review shipping documents
• * Visualize and determines placement of each unit within each order, and within the cargo space as a whole, so as to both consolidate the load and place according to delivery stops
• *Pull products from carts
• *Scan window with scanner.
• *Place within cargo area according to visualized design
• Move/adjust window parts to increase load capacity or stabilize the load
• Secure with rope and load-lock poles (installed within cargo space)
• *Complete shipping paperwork
• *Repeat process until each truck is loaded
• Repeat process throughout the shift

• Ability to effectively visualize placement of each unit within each order and within the cargo space as a whole in order to both maximize the load and place according to delivery stop
• Ability to prioritize work tasks according to production requirements
• Ability to read, write and speak simple English as appropriate to a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th inch
• Ability to carry out instructions in written, verbal and, physically demonstrated or diagrammed form
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred in manufacturing or production environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.50 - $24.00 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
