We're hiring a Manager, Educational Quality!

The Manager, Educational Quality will manage company-wide educational quality systems and programs, including QRIS, accreditation, UPK, and educational licensing requirements. Be the department expert on training and curriculum requirements and approvals, informing the work of other teams. Support educational policy engagement and build relationships with key partners.

What you will do in this role:

  • Manage the company commitment to NAEYC accreditation. Maintain expert level knowledge of accreditation systems and criteria, particularly NAEYC.

  • Manage company initiatives to pursue and maintain accreditation; managing communications, resources, tracking, and recognition systems.

  • Develop and manage affiliate strategy in key markets.

  • Maintain expert level knowledge on QRIS systems in all states we operate in, as well as licensing criterion related to education and development.

  • Support UPK initiatives, anticipating and responding to requirements and ensuring program compliance.

  • Support state specific priorities and projects.

  • Actively engage in national ECE quality initiatives and identify opportunities for BH engagement or alignment.

  • Build and sustain internal and external partnerships.

  • Contribute to company ECE policy engagement efforts.

  • Collaborate with other members of the education and curriculum department to contribute to department initiatives, such as company training events.

  • Collaborate with other departments on special projects and initiatives as required.

  • Keep abreast of educational trends and research and integrates this knowledge into work.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's preferred.

  • At least 5 years in ECE teaching and/or operations and at least 3 years' experience in supporting program quality efforts.

  • Strong background in early childhood pedagogy and expertise with NAEYC accreditation and national QRIS. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including developing systems. Proven ability to collect and analyze data.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Must be an effective and proven project manager. Must be willing to travel.

The salary range for this position is $80,000.

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
