We seek a Landscape Architect ready to match our can-do energy and attitude to be involved in a wide range of landscape architecture work based out of our Seattle office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will work on a diverse range of projects, including civic and mixed-use, affordable housing, K-12 educational environments, parks and recreation, and community-based projects. You will participate in the design process to develop conceptual, schematic, and construction documents, keep track of project budgets, and help to ensure that projects exceed our clients' expectations. You will be involved in the design of multiple projects at various stages of development under the leadership and mentoring of the landscape architecture team leaders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university and 4+ years of experience
- Fully licensed by a US state licensing board
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong visual communication with hand-drawn and computer-generated graphic skills
- Familiarity in Rhino, Lumion, Grasshopper, and Sketchup
- Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience working in LandFX, Civil 3D, and Revit
The salary range for this position is dependent on which of our internal company levels the selected candidate aligns with. This role could be filled by candidates at either Landscape Architect I or Landscape Architect II level, and the hiring team will determine which level is most appropriate for each candidate based on their relevant background and experience. Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.
- Landscape Architect I - $79,000 - $89,796 per year
- Landscape Architect II - $83,500 - $96,979 per year
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
