Snowpark is the platform in Snowflake that allows you to execute code in the language of choice (like Python, Java, and Scala) next to your data. The Snowpark libraries make it seamless to work with your data in Snowflake through your preferred language. What unlocks the real power in the Snowpark platform is your code is automatically scaled and executed securely at the scale of your data. Snowpark is being used by data engineers, data scientists, and app developers to build the next generation of data apps and data processing workflows.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team including engineers, data scientists, marketers, and sales professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

AS A SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT FOR SNOWPARK, YOU WILL:

  • Be responsible for platform metrics around adoption and revenue all-up
  • Drive regular executive business reviews with leaders across the company
  • Present at customer executive meetings on the strategy, roadmap, and use cases for the platform
  • Work with the other product managers for Snowpark to define and articulate a strong 3-5 year vision for Snowpark
  • Partner with engineering leadership on "big boulders" and feature prioritization
  • Incubate and prove out future big bets and industry-disrupting innovations
  • Become an SME for various aspects of the Snowpark platform across distributed code executions, developer experience, data engineering, and AI/ML
  • Understand competitive and market trends to optimize addressable markets for investments

OUR IDEAL PRODUCT LEADER WILL HAVE:

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) building and delivering products, and leading teams of product managers
  • Strong familiarity with Python and the PyData ecosystem
  • Experience building and delivering tools or platforms for data engineers, data scientists, or developers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, at executive levels

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $214,000 - $327,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
