Summary:

The OTC IT BA will serve as SME providing guidance to internal business teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP Sales Distribution (SD) and related modules. This position will work very closely with the system integrator and will be a main point of contact for the OTC business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the end-to-end OTC process and develop expertise across SAP SD and different apps.
  • Validates proposed solutions from system integrator.
  • Reviews and drives configuration and testing outcomes with the system integrator teams.
  • Participates in relevant workshops with system integrators and drive standardization of business processes, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions in SAP for OTC processes.
  • Provides guidance to internal teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD and related modules, with a goal to reduce custom RICEFW.
  • Participates in design decisions on integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Configures SAP SD and related modules; develop scenarios and test to ensure compliance with Trident requirements.
  • Provides expertise in identifying the relevant master and transactional data required for data cleansing and data extraction for migrations in SAP SD.
  • Serves as key advisor to business and IT for hands-on usage of S/4 HANA functionality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provides training to internal teams on specific areas in SAP SD and related modules, as needed.
  • Keeps pace with the evolving S/4 HANA roadmap, research and run internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements.
  • Runs internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120k to $150k.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP modules, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation projects and at least one end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring SAP SD and related modules.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing SAP business processes.
  • Implementation experience in S/4 HANA in the manufacturing Food and Beverage Industry.
