Own the Journey From Concept to Shelf: Project Manager - Packaging Products

As our Project Manager - Packaging Products, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire product creation process, from initial brainstorming to final production. You'll wear many hats, leading discussions, managing timelines, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Be the project maestro:Utilize your project management expertise to keep everything on track, from new product introductions to end-of-life strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams:Champion collaboration between Product Management, Customer Experience, Engineering, and more, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
  • Deliver results:Prioritize projects based on business needs and customer requests, driving efficient execution and timely delivery.
  • Shape the future of packaging:Partner with Product Management to develop a robust product line management system, optimizing data and information flow.
  • Become a data guru:Implement data governance and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and reliable information.
  • Travel and connect:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the board. (Expect up to 15% travel)

We're looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Solid background in product or packaging development/manufacturing
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

This is a REMOTE role based in the US with preference for CST or EST time zone. PAC Worldwide is not able to provide sponsorship for this role and we require US work authorization for this position.
