A Winetracker position in Paterson, Washington is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). To be considered for this position, candidates must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. As the Winetracker, one of your main responsibilities will be ensuring compliance with state and TTB federal regulations, as well as SMWE policies for winery operations. In addition, you will be responsible for processing all bulk wine work orders using wine tracking software (Vintrace) and ensuring wine label compliance. The position may require alternate shifts and overtime during our harvest season.

Winetracker job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate, updated bulk wine records and ensure compliance with state, TTB federal regulations, and SMWE policies for winery operations.
  • Maintain empty barrel inventory and barrel distribution reports.
  • Conduct month-end inventory and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
  • Balance competing priorities and ensure essential functions are completed in a timely manner and/or by assigned date.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Basic accounting and proven math skills involving but not limited to percentages, ratios, and conversion between metric and imperial.
  • Digital literacy, including MS Office
  • Must be 21 years or older (Alcohol).
  • A history of responsible alcohol use and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$40,976.00/$53,248.00yr. Based on relevant experience.
