Parametrix has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Water Engineer to join our regional water practice in support of drinking / raw / reuse water treatment. This position will be client facing providing technical expertise and delivering projects. You will enhance our current team as we continue to grow our practices and expand services with our existing clients.

Project and Client Opportunities: Current and future opportunities include development of new municipal wells, supporting water system and water quality modeling; design and construction of a new iron and manganese filtration systems, ion exchange arsenic removal treatment systems; consulting on and/or design of PFAS and other immerging contaminant treatment systems for current industrial and municipal clients in the Pacific NW.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $95K-125K+. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
