What you'll do

Join us at DocuSign as our Marketing Technology Lead Product Manager, where you will pioneer our marketing technology landscape, influencing the trajectory of our B2B SaaS offerings. This pivotal role merges strategic vision with technical acumen, fostering innovation, optimizing user engagement, and amplifying performance marketing efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Business Applications.

Responsibility

  • Architect and articulate a transformational product strategy for our marketing technology suite, ensuring it resonates with market dynamics and aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals
  • Curate a dynamic product roadmap, meticulously prioritizing initiatives that bolster our competitive stance and deliver unparalleled value in the B2B marketing arena
  • Emerge as the definitive authority on marketing technologies, steering their selection, integration, and refinement to advance marketing efficacy and return on investment
  • Champion the creation of compelling, user-centric experiences within our marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and internal user expectations
  • Navigate cross-functional teams through agile landscapes, fostering unity and clarity from concept to market launch, underscoring a strategic, outcome-oriented ethos
  • Cultivate robust partnerships across Marketing, Sales, and Product divisions, synthesizing diverse perspectives into scalable, impactful technological solutions
  • Scout and assimilate emerging technologies and methodologies proactively, positioning DocuSign as a vanguard of marketing innovation, relentlessly pursuing efficiency and breakthrough outcomes

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a relevant field
  • 12+ years experience in product management, with a profound focus on marketing technologies in B2B contexts
  • Comprehensive experience with the evolving marketing technology spectrum, especially in data analytics, automation, and digital marketing arenas
  • Experience defining project scopes and shepherding engineering teams from ideation to execution, emphasizing a results-oriented development philosophy
  • Experience guiding agile teams, ensuring strategic alignment, rapid iteration, and seamless integration with overarching product visions and market demands

Preferred

  • Proven skill in cultivating idea-rich, collaborative environments, expediting the transition from concept to tangible solutions
  • Renowned for translating intricate business needs into transformative technical strategies and captivating product propositions
  • Expert-level insight into marketing technology platforms, notably CDPs, marketing automation, ABM, and channel activation mechanisms
  • Rich experience in the paid media and adtech realms, showcasing a legacy of maximizing return on investment and optimizing advertising expenditures
  • Strategic prowess in deploying paid media strategies, underpinned by a robust analytical framework aimed at quantifiable business impacts
  • Deep literacy in the adtech ecosystem, encompassing SEM, programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad exchanges, and their strategic application to elevate marketing outcomes
  • Robust analytical competence, skilled in distilling data insights to propel marketing strategy and return on investment, particularly within paid media landscapes
  • Track record of innovating within the marketing technology space, solving complex challenges and catalyzing significant business advancements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal flair, adept at forging and nurturing alignments across multifaceted teams and fields
  • Embodiment of a growth mindset, dedicated to perpetual learning, adaptability, and pursuit of excellence in a vibrant, evolving sector

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $165,800 - $265,625 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $157,900 - $234,275 base salary
