The salary range for this role is:

$126,200.00 - $227,100.00

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy
    • Set the vision and long-term strategies for a key business unit.
    • Lead the development, implementation and evolution of this business unit with cross functional team.
    • Own both short-term and medium-term brand strategies from creation through execution.
    • Evaluate consumer, customer and competitive trends to inform strategies and business plans.
    • Develop renovation and go-to-market strategy in partnership with internal and external partners and cross functional team.
  • Planning & Execution
    • Lead the development and implementation of the annual brand plans. Deliver both short and long-term share and investment results.
    • Drive learning agenda to identify and define initiatives to amplify the growth potential in our brands and multi-year growth pillars. Lead cross-functional teams to bring those to market.
    • Lead development and implementation of the annual integrated marketing plans. Partner with Sales Planning to translate strategies into specific go-to-market tactics across channels and key Customers.
    • Partner with Insights and R&D to fill and refresh our long-term renovation pipeline. Partner with Innovation team and R&D to develop our long-term innovation pipeline
    • Network with key stakeholders throughout the organization (R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to both manage the work and ensure effective buy-in.
  • Organizational Development and People Management
    • Select, coach, train, and manage career development of direct reports.
    • Manage Associate Manager to deliver objectives.
  • Finance
    • Influence all P&L line items for the brand, evaluating alternate marketing plans, product/portfolio strategies, pricing/trade promotion plans, and distribution/channels strategies to meet financial hurdles and deliver optimum enterprise value.
    • Lead cost savings opportunities where applicable to improve margins.
    • Own marketing budget for brands to ensure spending is within budget and properly allocated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong professional background with 6+ years brand and marketing experience (within CPG, preferably Tier 1 Organization)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Innovation/Renovation experience and prior knowledge/experience of center store food categories is desirable.
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
