Our experienced teams, veteran nurses, and robust training plans are designed to support your success and growth in facilitating recovery-oriented and trauma-informed treatment.

Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader to join our new The Homeless Outreach and Stabilization Team (HOST). HOST is a multidisciplinary team focused specifically on engaging those who are actively experiencing homelessness, with substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring SUD and mental health conditions, and whose severity of behavioral health symptoms creates a barrier to accessing and receiving conventional behavioral health services and outreach models. We directly empower and provide hope to our clients through individualized treatment options. Job Description
Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides outreach-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including substance use disorder (SUD). This multidisciplinary teams can provide SUD, medical, rehabilitative, and peer services in the field to individuals who lack consistent access to these vital services.
The Team Leader duties include orienting and training new team members, monitoring each team member's clinical documentation, coaching all assigned team members, providing clinical consultation and review, and regular updates to the department Manager/Director. The Team Leader will also actively participate in providing direct care to clients in HOST.
Position Summary
The Mental Health Professional is an exciting clinical opportunity responsible for counseling and case management service. In this role, you will maintain a patient caseload, providing intervention within established treatment guidelines, policies and procedures. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $29.53 - $42.49 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
