OverviewThe Devices Responsible Sourcing team is accountable for managing theenvironmental, health and safety, labor, human rights, and ethics risksin the Microsoft Devices hardware supply chain. We are committed to makingmeaningful and sustainable impactin all that we do and are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team to manage and lead the responsible raw materials and upstream traceability programs for the Microsoft Devices hardware supply chain. We are hiring a Senior Program Manager, Responsible Sourcing of Raw Materials and Traceability. The incumbent will have a passion for human rights and environmental stewardship. They will be responsible for advancing Microsoft's upstream responsible sourcing of raw materials and upstream traceability frameworks and monitoring mechanisms. They will partner with business teams, industry, and other important stakeholder groups to accelerate transparency and drive continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and execution of Microsoft Devices responsible sourcing of raw materials and upstream traceability programs Develop long-term roadmap and drive implementation of raw materials supplier due diligence program and improvement targets Provide thought leadership and drive innovation for upstream traceability and current and emerging critical minerals challenges Evaluate and advise executive management on emerging raw materials policies and regulations, supply chain risks, and market trends Manage government filings and company level reporting for critical minerals Oversee supplier engagement program for material disclosuresDrive development and advancement of key tools needed to scale programs Collaborate with internal Microsoft teams including supply chain integrity,circularity, product development, sourcing, factory management, legal, and public relations Represent Microsoft in multi-stakeholder collaborations on relevant responsible sourcing, traceability, human rights and the environmental issues in the upstream supply chain OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
