Overview

BuildPro is a web-based solution developed for homebuilders to manage construction schedules, payments, communication which improves collaboration with suppliers, trade partners and Lennar associates more effectively. The data that is gathered from the system provides insight to the division management to improve their business. BuildPro Administrator will provide support for all divisions regardless of location based on Lennar's operations platforms. The goal is to help with improvement of that process from identification to resolution of potential systematic and/or training challenges.



Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, reinforcement, and some training based on company processes and procedures. It not always black and white must use experience and judgment along with our pre-established procedures to identify, research and assist with issues and inquiries that arise in a timely manner.
  • Assist BuildPro team with ongoing training sessions offered to Lennar Associates and Lennar trade partners provided online.
  • Work closely with Lennar Associates, to ensure BuildPro schedules, integration and process is performing smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with our trade partners to identify potential training and/or processes issues.
  • Work with responsible party(s) either divisional or trade partners when issues are discovered and resolved in a timely manner. Likely reasons for the issue to occur are trade partner misuse, divisional misuse and/or systematic problems.
  • Review system and error reports daily to resolve integration issues between JDE and BuildPro.
  • Elevate questions, concerns, and divisional and systematical issues to BuildPro Manager for review, discussion and help with resolution.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience working with homebuilder scheduling software or a strong background in homebuilding concepts and supply chain management preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially working with Excel and ability to run reports and use pivot tables for data review
  • Experience working in a team environment where multitasking is prominent
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple assignments and manage time appropriately to the needs of users
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills needed to understand and articulate technical issues while working with supported users at various levels of our organization
  • Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Follow directions from a supervisor

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
