Clark College is currently seeking to fill part-time Piano Professor. This position is expected to begin in Spring term; April 8, 2024. The part-time Piano Professor is required to teach applied piano to music majors, Beginning Piano Classes (5 in fall, 4 in winter, 4 in spring), accompany Concert Choir, Treble Choir, and Chorale in weekly rehearsals and concerts. In addition, the Piano Professor may accompany applied music majors in voice and instruments for end of term juries if desired. The Piano Professor may also rent a studio space from Clark College at the rate of $6 per hour to teach unregistered students outside of course time.
This part-time position is an ongoing recruitment in which applications are collected year-round. Applicants must be available to teach the daytime, evening or weekend hours. Positions will be filled as program needs arise.

SALARY STATEMENT: Lecture hourly rate is $85.48.
Additionally, accompanying for Juries is a set rate of $80 per student for two 20-minute rehearsals and the jury performance.
