The Regional Manager promotes Duncan Aviation services to potential and current customers; and fosters and maintains strong working relationships with external customers, project managers, production managers and senior management team to promote cooperation and success with projects and customer relations. In addition, this position maintains visibility in industry through involvement with OEM's, trade associations, customer events, vendor sales events, etc; and recommends and assists with developing marketing strategies and materials that contribute to promoting Duncan Aviation services and successful sales campaigns.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Promotes Duncan Aviation services by identifying potential customers and contacting current and potential customers via personal visits and/or electronic communication methods. Passes sales leads, opportunies and information to sales team members. Assists with resolving customer issues and customer follow-up.
  1. Fosters and maintains working relationships with external customers, OEM's, vendors, etc. Maintains visibility in industry through involvement with OEM's, trade associations, customer events, vendor events, etc.
  1. Leads and facilitates development of sales and marketing strategies that successfully contribute to meeting the financial objectives of the sales team.
  1. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required; regular multiple night and short notice travel
  • Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting
  • Environmental: N/A

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field or equivalent required
  • Minimum five years sales, customer service, or managment experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
