We are looking for a compassionate, team oriented, critical thinking LPN to join our medical oncology clinic/infusion team. You can enjoy an exciting career being a part of our multidisciplinary oncology team where your duties may include back-office support to the providers such as assessing patients, prior authorizations and other back-office needs. As well as supporting infusion following training and practicing within the LPN scope.

Position Summary
The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an ideal role for those looking to work in team collaboration within assigned specialties. Together, you and a skilled MultiCare Clinic team will provide high-quality outpatient care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families.Responsibilities
- You will provide direct and indirect patient care within your clinic specialty
- You will assist physicians with patient care, procedures, and follow up
- Deliver and execute clinical care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
Requirements
- Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
- Previous experience as an LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $25.79 - $37.11 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
