Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work within the Anticoagulation Clinic team to support high quality patient care. This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, four days per week (10 hour days).? No weekends or and no on call time.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multi-level clinicians to provide high quality care to their patient panels
  • Work with the patient to optimize patient anticoagulation medication and care
  • Work with providers and clinical teams to implement cost-effective medication interventions
  • Provide anticoagulation medication management and direct patient care based on evidence-based guidelines, protocols, and disease management
  • Provide clinical medication education and feedback for providers
  • Provide coverage at multiple clinics as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Master of Nursing (MSN) or greater (DNP)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner within ACC, Primary Care or Cardiology
  • Active ARNP and RN license in the State of Washington, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $110,040 to $139,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
