Build a Rock-Solid Career Out of Concrete at Our State-of-the-Art Facility

Join our growing Knife River team as a Production Team Member at our brand new, state-of-the-art precast concrete facility in Newman Lake, WA! This is an outstanding opportunity to launch and grow your career with our people-focused company.

As a Production Team Member, you will:
* Work in modern production spaces with cutting edge equipment and amenities
* Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment
* Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices
* Operate mobile equipment and cranes
* Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand
* Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms
* Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are critical

Position is considered Safety Sensitive: Work is performed in an industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.

This full-time hourly role has a pay range of $21.75-$29.97/hour plus excellent benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferences:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure
- Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools
- Ability to understand and apply basic math skills

Physical Requirements:
- Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
- Frequent standing, climbing and reaching is required
- Must wear personal protective equipment
