System Verification Engineering Intern - Bothell, WA (Summer 2024; 3-4 months)

Summary:

Execute manual System Integration Test procedures for active development projects. Review test results per defined checklist. Provide input for test procedure enhancements. Modify and release test procedure updates. May write/review automated test scripts.

Essential Job Functions:

Update, release, execute manual system verification test procedures per established processes
• Review test results
• Accountable and able to complete tasks on time by taking ownership for all task assignments
• Write/review automated test scripts
• Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system

Knowledge and Experience:

• Understanding of Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Programming
• Scripting language proficiency in at least one scripting language - preferably Python.
• Automation testing experience a plus.
• Understanding of test frame works desired.
• Database development skills desired

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-driven, organized and good with time management
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, cross-functional environment
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, with or without accommodations

Hourly internship rate: $20.00
