Treasury Management Advisor


As our Treasury Management Advisor, you will play an integral role in business development, deposit sourcing, and fee revenue generation within your assigned market. With a customer-focused approach to sales, you will be a trusted advisor to customers and internal bank partners providing timely, strategic, and scalable payment and business banking solutions. You have a deep understanding of Treasury Management services and emerging trends with a proven track record of independently sourcing new business opportunities and successfully closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated success with new customer acquisition through independent outside sales activities.
  • Drive revenue growth by selling our full suite of payment products and services with a focus on ACH, Remote Deposit, Credit Card issuance, Merchant Services, and payroll services.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing your client's needs, recommending effective strategies, negotiating pricing, and provide market competitive solutions.
  • Proactive collaboration with your banking partners to complete strategic reviews of business client portfolios, determine gaps in Treasury services, and expand relationships.
  • Trusted payments advisor providing key insights to industry trends and technology.
  • Customer focused, community involvement, and client retention.
  • Ability to identify quality lending and wealth management referral opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualification

  • 5+ years Treasury Management and bank sales experience (Treasury Management Sales and/or TM Service experience required)
  • Strong outside sales and customer service skills that support our strategic goal of growing deposits and revenue.
  • Full understanding of customer's business objectives and financial goals.
  • Strong proposal building skills including pricing proformas, creating pitchbooks, and RFP responses.
  • Excellent communication skills including experience with public speaking and presenting proposals (in-person, virtual, and written).
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must be comfortable with new business development and soliciting to all levels within an organization including business owners, C-Suite executive management, and bookkeeping.

Preferred Education/Training

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • DNA experience a plus.

Pay Ranges

  • $85,500.00 To $132,000.00 Annually
