To strengthen our Support & Administration, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Project & Operations Coordinator.

As a Project & Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for performing project management and operation functions for the US Talent Lead and Key Talent Partners.

You like to work in an environment where you can:
* Support the US Talent Leader and Team in the development, coordination, and implementation of Key projects
* Drive differentiated patient solutions by transforming UCB's strategy into program and project delivery by initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and ultimately closing a program to successfully realize the intended benefits
* Proactively ensuring team goals and strategies are appropriately framed, scoped and delivered in line with UCB's standards and processes, including oversight of the sub-projects, so that UCB's governance bodies and stakeholders can make the most informed and timely decisions
* Ensure there is strong communication amongst team members and with multiple stakeholders in different regions including external partners, ideally managed through a comprehensive communications plan


You will contribute by:
* Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, supporting onboarding and offboarding of local employees, invoice review and approval, and ordering and dispensing supplies
* Driving the development of differentiated solutions through framing the strategies using Program and Project Management standards and processes
* Partnering with Finance to set, oversee and monitor the program budget, with appropriate change controls and probabilization for key program and project milestones
* Arranging conferences and meetings as needed. Coordinate office space, equipment needs, catering, logistics and meeting rooms as needed


Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-2 years of professional experience as a project manager, supporting a minimum of 5 employees preferably in the pharmaceutical or other health-care related industry
* Experience with domestic and international colleagues, meeting coordination, and travel
* Ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Adobe; proficiency with Online Travel and Expense Reporting systems


You are generally required to have been in your current position for at least six months before becoming eligible to apply for internal job opportunities. That is, you may not be on any type of written disciplinary process such as Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), warning, final warning, or Compliance warning letters within the past year (12 months).
