The Digital Care Transformation team (DCTx) is specifically responsible for transformational initiatives (shape new platforms, solutions, and business models to access additional value pools through more direct patient engagement), and its focus is to transform value offering beyond UCB products/ patients and current way of doing business.

We are now searching for a highly motivated Global Digital Health Portfolio Lead

You like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Drive digital innovation for patients by directing the digital development process, the prioritization and the alignment of digital initiatives based on business strategy and objectives
  • Orchestrate the internal stakeholder relationships across the organization to drive impactful business changes to support UCBs digital care transformation agenda
  • Collaborate with teams at different level of the organization to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects and the resolution of any conflicts to the team progress

You will contribute by:

  • Maintaining the DCTx portfolio overview and ensures efficient tracking and reporting of initiatives
  • Being the architect and owner of the digital development process, including identification of impact measures
  • Aligning with other UCB functions on processes and ways of working to accelerate execution of DCTx initiatives
  • Faciliting the articulation of learnings and bringing learnings into action to accelerate DCTx operational excellence
  • Collaborating with the global corporate portfolio team and owning the DCTx adapted tools
  • Identification and implementation of tools to support DCTx operational excellence
  • Supports Talent (HR) with the capability planning, training for all the emerging capabilities identified to succeed in the digital transformation journey

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Education on a Masters Degree level or similar
  • Relevant project management certification (Prince 2, AGILE, OKR Coaching)
  • A minimum of 3 year's relevant business experience in the digital ecosystem - digital strategy, product management, product design/planning, program management, digital health, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading/ contributing to cross-functional project teams and complex Project and Program Management experience
  • Experience in managing and tracking a complex portfolio of programs at a strategic level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity
