As a First Transit Supervisor you will assist in Training, Safety programs and implementation. Supports individual and organizational performance improvement by way of a training, development, promotion and growth assignments.

  • Performs pull out checks, pull in checks and vehicle assignments. Assists with answering phones and next day scheduling for Drivers.
  • Assist in Safety programs and implementation
  • Completion of new hire, annual, re-training and road evaluations for employees assigned by Manager.
  • Assisting in Downed Vehicle Tracker, Attendance Tracker and End of day Mileage tracking.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 1 to 2 years transportation experience and holding minimum of a Class C CDL with passenger endorsement for 2 years
  • Basic knowledge and awareness of federal and state rules / regulations regarding drivers licensing requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and organize self and tasks and be self-supported.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization.
