This person should also be a self-starter withinitiative, excellent people skills, and enjoy public speaking and educatingothers on the wide range of investment options available using *1031 taxdeferred exchanges. The Division Manager will be responsible for marketingAPI's Qualified Intermediary services primarily to commercial real estateindustry and generating new exchange orders from referral sources such as commercialbrokers, developers, escrow officers, real estate agents, accountants, realestate and tax attorneys, financial planners and investment property owners.

Compensationis a combination of salary and a commission based upon the revenue receivedfrom new open exchange orders generated from your sales efforts.

The Division Manager is responsible for marketing Asset Preservation Inc.'s (API) Exchange "Qualified Intermediary" services so that we become the recognized leader in the territory, thereby significantly increasing new open exchanges in territory. The Division Manager is responsible for marketing services to accountants, attorneys, closing officers, commercial brokers, financial advisors, residential agents, real estate investors and others in the real estate industry who can refer new exchange business to API.
