Provide direct support for participants taking recreational classes through Adult Life Skills Center. Participants in the program are 18 and older, and may have a variety of developmental, emotional, and behavioral problems, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. Duties may include managing participants before and after classes, providing direct support in small groups or individually as needed with adult participants helping prepare and clean classrooms,. This position will work in collaboration with members of the staff including; Operations Lead, Program Manager, Instructors and other Classroom Assistants.

Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Required Credentials:
- N/A

Preferred:
- Minimum two years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting
- Minimum two years experience working with multi-system involved adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities in a community or inpatient setting
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology
