Job Description

AWS Partners include a broad variety of consulting partners, systems integrators, MSPs, technology partners, ISVs, and distributors that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform.

As Senior AWS Partner Network (APN) Program Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), APN you will own delivery of the existing APN Program, as well as contribution to continued evolution of the program, including requirements, benefits, and operations. You will engage senior AWS leadership and APN Partners in multiple geographic regions, as well as headquarters, to understand their needs and ensure we are building and delivering programs that support growth effectively across regions, and deliver the right customer outcomes and partner experiences. You will also work across numerous internal teams to drive alignment, consensus, and support with for the strategy of this foundational APN program, as well as identifying opportunities to improve our internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work, and increasing overall team efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Own proactive engagement, planning, and reporting with specific geographic regions to understand unique needs and nuances, then represent that perspective in global planning and execution.
* Own communications and messaging strategy and implementation specific to the foundational APN Program, both internally and externally, in close collaboration with PR/AR, Marketing, and Legal teams. This will include mechanisms such as newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, etc.
* Create and implement a holistic internal training and enablement plan for the APN Program globally, including new hires and ongoing education.
* Create and deliver program content globally to ensure consistent delivery of the program.
* Create and manage a set of goals across all areas of ownership, and generate regular reporting related to those goals.
* Prepare and present periodic business reviews to AWS leadership.Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of large scale program management experience; preferably working with global technology, software and services vendors.
* Track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgement.
* Proven written and verbal communications skills are a must.
